A3: Yes! You can cancel within 10 minutes of placing the order if it has not been confirmed or dispatched.

 

Q4: How do refunds work?
A4: Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days if your order meets our refund eligibility criteria.

A2: The first shop listing is free. After that, a monthly fees applies for verification and maintenance

A3: Commission are discussed personally with retailers and are not disclosed to anyone. Commission rates may be revised as the platform grows.

A5: Thoda Local reviews the situation. If the refund is approved, the amount may be deducted from your next payout.

A6: Yes! You can request removal at any time by contacting support.
